Surrogacy Legal Fees
IPs pay for the legal fees for themselves and for their surrogate. IPs reimburse surrogates for all expenses during the surrogacy journey.
Lawyers are required to set up the contract between the surrogate and IP and to file the pre or post (depending on what state the surrogate is in) birth orders.
