Why use The Biggest Ask Matching Platform?
Current options to find surrogates and intended parents without the help of an agency include Facebook matching groups and surromomsonline.com.
Neither of these options screen their applicant pool, which means that the chances that you invest your time and resources on someone who either doesn’t fit the surrogate criteria or is not fully committed to paying for a surrogate is high.
This is where The Biggest Ask comes in.
Â
First, let’s talk about what we are not – we are not an agency! Agencies come with a lot of benefits – they are responsible for screening their surrogates and intended parents and matching them. When you sign up with an agency, it is their responsibility to find you a match and to help manage the journey from beginning to end.
While this all sounds nice, it all comes at an extremely hefty price tag to the intended parents– the average agency fee in the US is $23,000 – which never includes surrogate compensation, which on average is about $35,000.
This is where The Biggest Ask comes in – we want to provide an agency feel, but without the agency fee.
We let you decide who the best fit is for you and your family
How do we do this?
First, we start with the premise that surrogacy matching is a lot like dating – not everyone will be a good match and it’s best to let the parties themselves decide.
That’s why when you sign up for our matching platform, what you will see will remind you of a dating app, like match.com.

We ask the questions that matter
Second, we ask both intended parents and surrogates important questions that are specific to gestational surrogacy.

As a member of the matching platform, you can view each applicant’s answers to this survey.

We give our surrogates a chance to shine
Finally, we give surrogates an option to send in an official OBGYN letter that certifies their eligibility for pregnancy and an option to send in a credit report to demonstrate financial stability (both are surrogate requirements in the USA).
Surrogates who submit these items earn special badges on their profiles.
Why are the badges important? Intended parents initiate contact with badged surrogates much more frequently on the platform than non-badged surrogates.
As a result, badged surrogates can expect to earn more compensation than non-badged surrogates do.
Ok, so, how much is it?
The Matching Platform is free to enlist for all surrogates and costs intended parents $100 for the first month, then $50/month thereafter. Remember that all accepted applicants have free access to the community bundle.
What happens if you decide to enlist an agency for help or found a close friend for your surrogate?Â
