MaryJane (MJ)
MJ became a mother through surrogacy and founded The Biggest Ask. Drawing on her background as a business professor, she wrote a surrogacy guide, built an online course, and designed the programs the company offers.
Ashley
Ashley is an experienced gestational surrogate who has carried twins for intended fathers in 2020 and a second journey in 2023. Ashley and MJ met through their mutual passion for surrogacy via Instagram.
Jade
Jade is an experienced gestational carrier who birthed a baby boy in February 2025 and is in her 2nd journey now. Jade's compassion makes her a seamless addition to the team.
Bri
Bri joined The Biggest Ask team in 2024 as the Program Manager and Journey Coordinator, and is currently a gestational surrogate herself.
Terra
Terra is a wife, mom of one, and a three-time experienced surrogate with a passion for well-supported journeys.
